"Birth Certificate = Birth Parents"
So what? The issue is legal parents, not birth parents. They are not always the same. Obviously in cases of adoption, but not even restricted to that. Generally, with a married couple the law recognizes the husband as the legal father, and has upheld that status even in cases where proof existed that he was not the biological father.
Your “Pretzel Logic” is required to support homosexual agenda.
Obviously, natural birth parents are meaningless to you.
As I stated, “Birth Certificate = Birth Parents”.
The legal parental status is entirely separate.
It’s not rocket science...except for the homosexual crowd.
What if someone, for medical reasons or otherwise, wants to track their family tree and there are only two “dads” on their birth certificate? How would that work if the two dads were gone?
