Goresuch belongs to a church that endorses abortion and homosexual marriage. There us no way he does not consequently share those views which inherently makes him a terrible judge not being grounded in God’s law. well I can imagine a scenario where it “might” be appropriate.
If two lesbians wanted a baby and the eggs were taken from one fertilized and put in the other to deliver... THEN I might be “ok” with both women being on the birth certificate.

Earth to Supreme Court: Two men cannot be the biological parents for a baby, and therefore two men should not be listed on the birth certificate. This seems to be a kind of basic common sense. Then again, what else can we expect from this bunch of narcissistic assholes who think that the government forcing everyone in the country to purchase something is simply another “tax.”
What can two men give birth to other than a bloody turd?
I guess it begs the question: “What is the purpose of a Birth Certificate?”
Go with charles Murray’s idea to give $10k to everyone each year. Take it out for lack of child support.
