Trump still does not have control of the FBI and as long as Andrew McCabe is in charge he won't be. The glacial pace of the Administration in filling PAS positions is a huge vulnerability for Trump and the Trump agenda. Although Trump has indicated his intention to nominate Christopher Wray for FBI director, I don't think that has happened yet.
