I suspect Obama didn’t do anything about the Russian “meddling” is because there wasn’t any. I believe the dems orchestrated the whole thing using the spyware that makes it LOOK like any hacks were coming from Russia. This would explain why the dems would not turn over their servers. The plan was to use this on the outside chance that Trump won, to bring down his presidency. Everything is being done just as the dems planned, even though they were counting on a Hitlery victory....not enough illegals voted, I guess.
I agree. At least no more than "the usual," and to the extent the script kiddies and bots may have favored one side or the other, that was incidental to the money-making motive.
The DNC server "hacks" were ordinary and common malware. There is ZERO evidence that the malware participated in any way, copying the emails that appeared on Wikileaks. The reader is told or invited to make that leap. It is entirely possible for Seth Rich or anybody else with physical access to spirit a copy off a computer that is malware infected. That is, the analysis isn't "one or the other" mutually exclusive. Both events can be and almost certainly are totally independent.

The purpose of the Russia Meme was to distract him from his adgenda. Keep him on the defense and interrupt the flow of distruction of the obama legancy Trump not only ignored it himself and kept on track but so did his cabinet Sessions reclusion was NOT to keep him out of the Russia fiasco but to ignore the busy work that it created and instead concentrate on the real crimes being committed by the previous cartel
