I concur. Some customers are total assholes. See the same thing at the local Costco. Especially when the kid is really trying. Some people can be real condescending pricks.
I work very hard not to have a ‘tude unless I’m getting one first.
Then, I’m a pro at it (I used to work for one of the formerly Big 6).
It was like dealing with The Mob almost every day.
