I don’t know, but the guy in the car next to me at the light was playing something what went “**gga **gga *gga”.
When I have walked down at the lake where it is a peaceful respite after school there is an oval about 9/10ths of a mile where people camp & a little park inside the oval w/ bathrooms showers. Right across the road is a covered picnic tables area & there is a little playground.
Several times I have see a male parent park, let their child out to play while they remain in the car blaring rap. I feel so sorry for the child.
