Will Nancy Pelosi Be The Next Casualty Of The Dems' Virulent Anti-Trump Fever?

Elections: It has been amusing to watch Democrats twist themselves into pretzels trying to explain away their loss in the special election in Georgia, after spending months promising it would be a referendum on President Trump. Will the party learn anything from this costly mistake?

Democrats convinced themselves that neophyte politician Jon Ossoff had a chance to win in Georgia's 6th District, which would have seriously hampered Trump's agenda, and so they dumped an unbelievable amount of money into the race — nearly enough to buy every Ossoff voter an Apple Watch.

But instead of proving how unpopular Trump is, Democrats managed only to show why the public is right to hold establishment "experts" in such disdain.

For months the pundits, media experts, Democrats and never-Trump Republicans declared that the race was neck-and-neck, and that the mere fact that Ossoff was competitive in a supposedly deep-red district was a huge indicator of the anti-Trump wave sweeping the country. The media showered Ossoff with positive press. Money and celebrity endorsements poured in from around the country. Almost every poll showed Ossoff winning the election.

It's hard to see how the "experts" could have been more wrong.

The “Insane” Left-Wing, Progressive, Communist, Democrat Party is in full self-destruction mode...across the board!!! Getting rid of Nancy Pelosi is a mere tiny step forward. The entire Democrat Party must be reorganized from top to bottom. It must emerge as a “Centrist” political organization, or it will fail miserably as the future unrolls!!!

Only a stupid, blind fool will not recognize the massive political power of POTUS, Donald J. Trump. All one had to do was view that Massive Rally last evening in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The Trump scorecard of five straight wins, POTUS, Kansas, Montana, Georgia & South Carolina in as clear as the nose on your face.

If Trump & the GOP are smart, tactful, proactive, and aggressive, they should mount a blistering, overwhelming campaign drive to hold the Governorship of New Jersey and win the Governor race in Virgina, both coming due, this November, 2017.

The Democrat Party is now mortally wounded. The two herein listed victories in this coming November, 2017 can be the political death knell of the Traitor, Turncoat, Democrat Party.

The Democrat Party has put its heart and soul on James Comey & Bob Mueller...both will fail miserably, plus the overwhelming numbers of American voters could care less about these two deadbeats and their “mean-nothing” chosen vocation...hate, envy and the destruction of the American Republic!!!

Getting rid of Nancy Pelosi is but moving a speck of sand on the beach....when major sand relocation is what is called for and badly needed...like right now!!!

That's not who they are, and they can't convincingly lie about it.

Who put out the fatwa on Nan? Soros have someone new in mind? He could have an "eff this, eff that" match among Perez, Gillibrand, and the contenders. You have to beat those two to qualify.

The pundits, media experts, Democrats and never-Trump Republicans rigged the polls during the Presidential election, and neo-commie "progressives" really believed from the bottom of their black little hearts that CBS, NBC and ABC were telling the truth about the campaign.

Fox News, which conservatives tend to follow, told a different story which the left never saw or heard about. They followed the campaign rallies for Trump as well as Hillary, and the enthusiasm gap told the whole story.

Trump was going to two or three rallies a day, and drawing wildly enthusiastic crowds numbering in the tens of thousands, every day of the campaign. Hillary was going to her rallies maybe once every week or two, and she was lucky to get over a hundred or so, most of whom wore union tee shirts because they were told to go.

Out here in flyover country, where the rank and file union members live and work, were wearing Trump tee shirts and MAGA hats, and they abandoned the party which treated them with scorn and condescension. Hard core union men who'd never voted Republican in their life were quietly admitting to people they trusted that they were voting for Trump.

Well, we all know the truth now. And so along comes this Ossoff guy, and the Dem pundits, media experts, Democrats and never-Trump Republicans tell the same lies and throw out the same fake polls that gives the hard core left wing a breath of hope. Or something. And just like with Hillary, they all figured that Ossoff had this in the bag. And when he lost, it came as a big surprise and another crushing disappointment for the Dems.

The best advice I'd give to the Dems, if they ever have any hope of recovering, is that they've got to stop believing their own lies.

Mad Maxine seems to be laying low since the shooting at the baseball practice. She was/is one of the most foul, loudmouth Trump haters out there.

The Democrat Party’s ideology continues to march Left. Even if Pelosi leaves, the Left has a mulatto-clone of Pelosi waiting off-stage — Harris.

Pelosi is a handicap. She's the poster child for everything people hate about the Democrats. If they are smart then they will replace her, and not with Hoyer either. Fortunately they aren't that smart.

Neither is the GOP for that matter - witness Ryan and McConnell.

I think the Democrats’ rude awakening is just getting started.

True, they have no core message - as leftists, they are made up of various unrelated special interest causes, each one resisting different aspects of “the establishment”.

But what are they really resisting? They are resisting sexual normalcy, they are resisting the work ethic, they are resisting property rights, they are resisting individual liberty, they are resisting the founding principle of limited government, they are resisting the Judea Christian core of western civilization, they are resisting the laws of supply and demand.

The things the leftists are resisting are irresistible, and therefore, as the Borg would say, “resistance is futile”.

With such an empty “message”, even many democrats are unconvinced. After all, without a message that can be articulated succinctly, the only recourse is to sling vacuous BS slogans like “hope and change” and Obama already milked that for all it was worth, which wasn’t much.

But the real problem the Democrats have is not their own lack of a message; its that they keep believing their own fake news.

The entire MSM is fake news including polls. Polls which say Trump is extremely unpopular, with only a 37% rate of approval.

But that too is fake. We can’t possibly measure Trump’s popularity when the fake news offers us only fake polls.

I have no idea how popular Trump is, but it just doesn’t “feel” to me as though he is unpopular - my gut is telling me another story.

I guess time will tell...

If they try, they will alienate their base and split the party, what’s left of it.

With her track record, I would hate to see her go. I miss Debbie Wasserman Shultz, be Perez seems to be continuing her track record.

No good answers for RATs. If the Repubs can refrain from shooting themselves life could be good.

Thinking about the single most effective thing the Republicans could do to advance the interests of the party....it would be to wholeheartedly support Nanzi Pelosi.
