It’s far to detailed to go into here but the bottom line is that Jack Ruby possibly (and I say possibly) knew Oswald via the Mob, Chicago, New Orleans, Dallas and he even showed up at the live Oswald interview, at night in the Dallas Police Dept.
Some say he also tried to gain access to Oswald in the interrogation room. But more importantly was the motive for “rubbing out” Oswald.
Jack Ruby stated that he killed LHO because he wanted to, “spare Mrs. Kennedy and the children a long, drawn out trial” which would no doubt cause her further anguish. So, he wanted to spare her that by killing the suspect.
This is rubbish as he stated in 1965-66 to reporters that, “...the world will never know the truth behind the assassination as it reaches the “very highest levels of office”...

I am aware of all of these revelations regarding the connections between Ruby and LHO. I was trying to determine whether you believe, based on these facts, that LWO was not some “lone wolf” but was in fact involved in a wider conspiracy involving Ruby and others, and that perhaps he was what he said he was, a patsy or fall guy for the mob. Personally I believe LBJ was the real puppet master behind the JFK hit. Roger Stone’s indictment of him in The Man Who Killed Kennedy is to me a very convincing analysis.
