That % of precincts reporting is very misleading. There will only be around 300,000 to 350,000 total votes in a congressional district. So about a third of the vote is already in.
Here is the vote tally from 2016 when Tom Price was reelected. Looks like about 310,000 total votes cast.
As I said assuming the 100,000 ish votes up are from early/mail in voting, pajama boy is toast. Isn’t going to be close

Right; I know. I’m not stupid enough to think there’ll be 10 million votes. I was figuring that those 100,000 votes must be early voting, not from precinct-by-precinct vote counts. Turns out I was correct.
