And Trump won over Clinton by one point.

Tom Price was an incumbent with penniless, no-name token Democratic opposition. Ossoff, on the other hand, has had $50,000,000 poured into his campaign by national Democrats, who can be laser-focused on this race since there's nothing else going on.

Yes, my point was that the gerrymandering probably does not have as much to do with these voting trends compared to the factors you and others have pointed out.
