I'm equally surprised when any product of the gov't school system is "articulate", regardless of their skin color.Why is it that so many negroes (and it's not just negroes, it is the lower income culture) seem NOT to be articulate, and yet in ENGLAND, almost all of the negroes speak THE QUEEN'S ENGLISH very well ?
