I seem to recall that there was a security video of him taking the poster.
However, his guilt or innocent under our standards of innocence until proven guilty is irrelevant in NK.
He was accused by the norks of having stolen some poster from the hotel he was staying. It was all over the news. Although I doubt that Comedy Central reported it.
I cannot understand anyone vacationing in North Korea any more than I can understand someone vacationing in Pakistan (Barky).
