Anyone believing there isn’t or wasn’t a “dime’s worth of difference” between Hillary and Cruz (or Rubio, Walker, Jindal or Fiorina for that matter) is a fool.

zero chance in the general election. With his support for things like TPP—not to mention selling out to the GOPe—he had a complete inability to expand support beyond his narrow base, and into the White working class, such as in the battleground states that Trump won.
