"There was flammable material outside the building and flammable insulation" Really? Flammable insulation. That's one I never heard before. "Hi, we're going to insulate your building with gunpowder" Remember: The excuse they are giving for this fire is that a refrigerator short circuited.

It was polystyrene (beadboard). Try putting a match to a Styrofoam coffee cup and get back to me. The stuff burns like gasoline when combined with the stack effect (chimney effect). Pretty plain in the picture you posted.
