The 11-month-old investigation into whether President Trump or members of his campaign colluded with Russians has still not turned up any evidence that’s strong enough to put before a jury.
That’s according to California Rep. Adam Schiff, the ranking member on the House Intelligence Committee, which is overseeing one of the parallel investigations into whether members of the Trump campaign coordinated with the Kremlin to influence the outcome of the election.
“I’m not prepared to say that there’s proof you could take to a jury,” Schiff told ABC News’ Martha Raddatz on Sunday when asked if he’s seen proof of collusion.
As a leader of the House committee, Schiff has been able to review classified information held by various agencies of the intelligence community. He has also sat in on briefings with FBI officials to review information in the case.
Though Schiff acknowledged that he has not seen evidence that’s strong enough to present to a jury, he believes that investigation is warranted. He asserted that when the FBI opened its investigation last July, the bureau had good cause to do so.
“I can say that there’s enough that we ought to be investigation,” Schiff said Sunday.
“Indeed, it would be negligent for us not to investigate. If a foreign government…has something that they can hang over the head of our president or our administration that can influence U.S. policy, it is very much in our national security interest to know it.”

instead, they hide behind weasel words like "deeply concerning", and "troubling", and hope their outrageous message somehow sinks in subconsciously. it's the most outrageous slur and political slander since andrew jackson's political opponents implied that his wife was a prostitute.
Pay attention to this guy’s weasel words. Notice he says they haven’t found enough evidence to bring before a jury. What that means is he has not found any evidence at all.
Schiff mentions a jury to insinuate there is something there. In reality there id zero and hr id playong to the Liberal base.

What investigations. We have heard from Comey (if he is to be believed) that there were no investigations into Trump w/r/t Russian collusion.
Yet this article keeps mentioning “investigations”.
There have been ALLEGATIONS, but according to Comey, no investigations.
I wish people would be clear in what they are saying and not muddy the swamp any more than it already is.

it was initially brought up as an excuse to bug his campaign. It is now being use to distract from all the real crimes of the demos and to ultimately drive him from office. If the reps in the senate and the house would go to the WH and stand behind Trump in photo and announce this sh^t would be over but most of them are part of the deep stat swamp Trump is trying to drain. Basically my point. Hillary was alledgedly under investigation. We now know the FBI did nothing to investigate and much to obstruct. Meanwhile hillary sends Schiff & Co. into CYA mode by investigating Trump. There was no mention of investigating Trump until this utterance by Schiff. This was during the election and so illegal they won’t acknowledge same.
After the election Hillary makes a public declaration that Trump & Russians were “bad people”. At that point every Agency in the USA investigates Trump. To this day nothing has been found. No one knows what was done between July ‘16 and Nov ‘16. My guess is the NSA, Brennan, Clapper, etc... were illegally spying on the Trump campaign. They unmasked some of his people. Now Schiff acknowledges the DEMS were after Trump the entire time.

Even if that’s true, it’s probably Schiff and a pal driving by the WH and making stuff up.
