It’s a civil war. It’s advisable to stay out of other countries civil wars, but Assad doesn’t own the place. He is not the sovereign ruler of it. If Syrians want to rebel against him, we have as much right as France did when they supported us, to support them.
Now, we’re playing footsie with Russia in Syria. Something of a mutual agreement that we won’t go after their people and they won’t go after our people. As for Assad, he should figured it out. Russia, Iran and Hezbollah aren’t going to prop him up for much longer. There’s a new sheriff in town.
And that resulted in England declaring war on France.
