I suspect there’s been a huge demographic shift in this district over the years. Osoff will get the non-white votes.
There has been lots of new high density rental housing completed and rented out in the last several years in the 6th. These renters overwhelmingly vote Dem. Same thing has already happened in Henry county, once a very rec county, now blue.
