The WH has a "deadline" from the House Intelligence committee to respond to production of Comey tapes, of Friday June 23. My response would be a "Glomar Response," neither confirm nor deny. The House can "resolve" the issue by assuming Comey's testimony to be true, even if it is false. Save the tapes, if they exist, for a later proceeding, in another venue, if the obstruction question escalates sufficiently.
I don't know what deadlines are in SCOTUS on the immigration EO cases. The 9th Circuit decision caused the WH to ask for a delay, so the cases can be combined. Otherwise, all the briefs on grating certiorari (taking the case) were due about a week ago, June 12th, IIRC.
I notice the only networks pushing the Russia conspiracy are the moonbat networks, CNN in particular.
