With all respect to your beliefs, the problem with your logic is that in the areas where you feel America has abandoned God’s teaching, other countries are multiple quantum levels worse, and they have not been destroyed.
Regarding cause and effect, there is no doubt the effect is happening, but with all respect, I do not agree with your stated cause.
