Over my life, I developed a pretty nasty potty mouth, and have spent the last 30 years trying to curb it with some success.
The only time I ever use MF now is speaking about specific terrorists and when I bash my thumb with a hammer...and I am working with some success on that last one!
Wouldn’t it be better to work on not hitting yourself with the hammer in the first place?
