(Speaking of “matters”, the Republicans were given a major gift by Comey when he exposed Lynch’s clear obstruction of justice. A golden opportunity for them to turn the tables. Unfortunately the Republicans are too weak and passive to go after her and they will once again snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. This is as predictable as the sun rising.)

I try to imagine bold new ways for our Republican legislators to bumble things, yet they continue to shock me with their creativity on each occasion. :-)
