If Comey was a witness he would not have been allowed to talk to in open session and prejudice the investigation. How could he NOT be a witness on the obstruction charge. It was just him and Trump in the conversation. Now in open session he didn't testify to much - just what was in the memo. The only way that would not be a factor is if the council is not looking into obstruction.

How could he NOT be a witness on the obstruction charge. If that is the case, and the special prosecutor let his only witness blabber in front of Congress, then there's no investigation, only a circus. Trump should just ignore the whole thing.
