It is. Except the predicate is action, and what is in the photo is advocacy for domestic terrorism. I'm not defending that, of course, just pointing out the difference between "doing" and "advocating."

I'm also not saying it's protected by the 1st amendment, it might be incitement.

The question is whether or not there is a way to prosecute members for a terrorism-related offense. I'd keep the book open, keep an eye on material support, and maybe one day Antifa will perpetrate an act of domestic terrorism.

along with posting it (at least one person)


But then, I’m getting weary of liberal terrorists. Especially with incitement like Kathy Griffin.
