Now back to serious: G-d helps those who help themselves. He gave us minds and bodies, so that we could mostly help ourselves, and He expects us to use those gifts to the fullest before we go and ask for the miracle de jour. It is what is known as responsibility - sitting around on your couch praying isn’t going to put food on the table - growing it or trading for it or having it stored WILL.
