10 to 15 minute response time?! WTH?! Is that a normal response time in that area? If so, why the heck didn’t Cap Police take that into account when planning security for the venue?!

FoxNews talking about that ... phones not handy. Scalise security engaged in defense, otherwise it would have been a bloodbath. Cops took 3 minutes but after getting the call , and the I’ll repeat, phones not handy, so some delay between start and police awareness.
