report said it had recently been redone. One of the funny things that can happen when maintenance is done is that occasionally thing dont get turned back on.
If the fire suppression system was worked on it perhaps the water wasnt turned back on.
I have read several reports where this has happened. Most of the time it is discovered months later when they system is tested. Not after a fire.
