They also mentioned this was a large Muslim neighborhood. With that said, that doesn't mean it was terrorism (and I don't mean that sarcastically). Maybe retaliation for terrorism. A building full of potential jihadis - someone really PO'ed over Manchester and London over the last couple of weeks took the liberty of getting even.
Not saying it's right, but when people get pushed into a corner, they fight back.
