This statement is totally and 100% in accordance with strict Koranic Code. In fact not one word of the Koran can be changed as it is the word of Allah to his servant Mohamed. If you can understand what I just wrote you understand the enemy. The enemy can not be reformed if it believes in the Koran as written. The Koran by definition is inviolate as it is the word of Allah.

The only “Reform” Islam will come to those muslims who reject the mad writings of the dead conquering warlord known as Mohammed and return to the Judeo-Christian Bible as Jews or Christians.
But as you say, “good muslims” believe that Mohammed was the last prophet and none shall come to alter his work. It is an all encompassing geopolitical system that requires religious loyalty. You cannot leave this death cult and be a “good muslim”. So don’t be a muslim.
It’s amazing how many say “Well, Islam just needs a reformation like Christianity went through.”
A reformed Islam wouldn’t be Islam, and you’ve stated the core reason why.
