I logged on to AMX to express my outrage. Sorry, their Contact link was very well hidden. Their Chat link prompted a reply that it was currently unavailable.
So a few minutes later, I tried again. This time, a new window “random feedback” survey popped up. Great! I got to tell them an earful on their website experience feedback survey.
Perhaps many others did, as well.
