Hmmm. Just a week ago half the people here on FR were like “Sessions is a pansy. He needs to go. He won’t fight.”
Did Sessions imply in his recusal answer that there was in fact a criminal investigation launched against some in the Trump campaign?

I was not in that half and hadn’t heard/read anyone say that.
Been watching and listening to Jefferson Sessions for years and love the many ways he’s invariably underestimated. I’ve occasionally disagreed with him, but admire his intellect and reasoning.
Added bonus: he can use words like scurrilous in a sentence;)
