Mueller should have already declined the job without Trump having to say a word. Mueller knows that he cannot impartially investigate his friend Comey. What happened to the "appearance of impropriety" standard?
This would be a good time for Trump to pardon Scooter Libby, and give a full explanation of why the pardon is warranted. We don't need to spend the next few years enduring Scooter II.
