PBS Newshour anchor Judy Woodruff posted to Twitter Monday evening that Chris Ruddy, CEO of Newsmax, told her that President Donald Trump is “”considering perhaps terminating” Robert Mueller as special counsel”.
Former FBI Director Mueller was appointed by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein last month to investigate alleged ties between the Trump campaign and Russia. Recent reports indicate that Mueller is looking to expand his investigation to include the decision to fire his successor as FBI director, James Comey.
GQ described Mueller’s hiring for the investigation as a “Murderer’s Row of Prosecutors” and “men and women responsible for bringing down Nixon, Enron, and the mafia.”
No crimes have been alleged to have been committed, nor has President Trump been accused of any crimes. Comey testified last week that he had told Trump several times before he was fired that Trump was not under investigation.

Trump is waiting until after Sessions testimony. If all goes well, then no need for a special counsel.
Rosenstein needs to fix this problem.
Mueller has a conflict on interest with Comey.
We know from Comey’s testimony that they have been unable to find a legitimate basis to investigate Trump people for criminal conspiracy with the Russian government.
Rosenstein MUST amend the letter to remove the Russian collusion. It is unethical to conduct a criminal investigation for which no legitimate basis exists.
Rosenstein needs to remove Mueller from anything related to Comey.
Muller has both authority to investigate the reason Comey was fired. FBI director is an at will employee with zero protection.
Furthermore, he cannot go off on fishing expeditions. The parameters of his investigation are set byn the AGs office.

End it, take the media outrage and inevitable comparisons to Watergate, and move on. Then appoint Larry Klayman special prosecutor to investigate the Obama scandals starting with Fast and Furious and the IRS.
why shouldn’t Sessions do it?? Sessions recused himself from investigations involving russian collusion...he should step in and stop any comey/flynn investigations- he did not recuse himself from that...
