A little technicality that belies much of Comedy’s story about his diary/memo. He said on Thursday he released the memo to be leaked, in response to Trump’s remark about having “tapes”. However, the leak actually appeared in the NYT a day BEFORE Trump MADE his remark. Lies under oath!
I was pushing that for awhile, then some advised me otherwise with this:
“While the Times did publish an article on May 11 describing the January 27 dinner in which Trump purportedly asked Comey for his loyalty, the Times cited officials who recalled Comey’s descriptions of the evening to them, not the memos themselves.”
so I stopped as I don’t know what’s true.
