Here is all one needs to know about Comey. He had Anthony Weiner (and Huma Abedin) dead to rights. He had the laptop “in his hands” yet both of them are walking around free. Weiner may get his wrist slapped but that is about it. All one needs to know right there. If prosecuting a clear crime is “let go” Justice does not exist. Just because doing so “gets complicated” ain’t good enough.

Seems to me if we are going to Drain The Swamp on the Potomac, Comey is a good place to pull the plug.

No, actually, Comey needed to be arrested for purposely compromising investigation evidence by turning the record he had of the Clinton emails over to the state department and not the DOJ. This opens up the possibility of changing, destroying, or hiding the evidence so a government official could not be fully investigated knowingly allowing the leaking of sensitive information as far as high level top secret.

This violates numerous DOD regs and directives Clinton would have had to have been made knowledgeable of prior to getting her CAC card and access to any level of sensitive government computer info. And an effort that can easily be determined to be hiding these emails is a cyber crime and falls under espionage.

Comey tried to head off the Clinton email investigation and did everything he could to dismiss the case based on his version of the statute “intent”. He wasn't over ruled by Attorney General Lynch (because the fix was in) and he gave immunity deals to potential defendants,didn't record interviews,and allowed evidence to “disappear” just in case there was a follow up investigation that the Obama Justice Department couldn't control. He even allowed a potential material witness to serve as Hillary's attorney during the investigation again attempting to bear poison fruit from the investigative tree. This clearly was obstruction of justice and impeding an official investigation.Once he sabotaged the investigation he gave his infamous “Hillary broke the law but didn't mean too so it's not a violation of the law” press conference.The problem for Comey was his so called investigation came off to the majority of voters as the whitewash that it was and democrats weren't happy because he basically admitted that Hillary broke the law and she took a hit in the polls. He then tried late in the election to head off the Weiner/Huma computer investigation which again brought the issue to light and he again tried to bury the investigation but despite his clumsy attempts failed his masters the democrats terribly and was a factor in the voters repudiation of Hillary Clinton.
Comey then decided that he would try to redeem himself by assisting the democrats and the media by being the inside man leaking information about the Trump administration which he not only admitted too but also volunteered further that it was done in an attempt to remove the Attorney General and force a special prosecuter who would be sympathetic to the narrative of the democrats manufactured scandal. This should effectively end Muller's prosecution mandate since the investigation was not only unfounded but brought forward due to the illegal actions of the Director of the F.B.I. The Director of the F.B.I. not only is guilty of obstruction of justice but also was part of a conspiracy to remove a sitting President of the United States duly elected by the American people. The question now is will the Republicans aggressively pursue this and prosecute this corrupt ex official and aggressively uncover the Hillary cover up that were the real crimes committed or will they let it go and continue to play defense and allow the democrats and the media continue with the Trump did something with the Russians to steal the election from the rightful President. Trump can only win by going after these people and teaching them despite the friendly media cover that they are not above the law!
