Whether contractors or not is absolutely irrelevant. There are government employees who are just as dangerous and engaged in exactly the same sort of illegal activity.
The real point is that the DOJ needs to prosecute this sort of thing every single time, no matter the level at which it occurs or how connected the perp!

Fair enough, but I'll bet I'm not the only one who found it hard to believe that Reality is her given name.
If I had chosen such an oddball name for any of our kids, my wife would have given me the look, and thrown it out the window.
