What, so Comey claims he wrote a memo, but now he doesn't have his own memo? He should just call up the WaPo, perhaps he gave them a copy.
He knows his professor freind and reporter have the memo, and when asked by the committee if he (Comey) would allow them to rlease the memo to the committee, he did. Not that it’s worth anything, the press holds privilege for itself, and will give up nothing that hurts their political agenda.
If he doesn't have the originals of his notes which he used as reference to produce his official memos, then I believe he's broken the law. I figure he's supposed to keep all originals of any type of documents he generates as they legally belong to the government, and can be used in court.
