In the west, lots of Hispanics and stupid looking white people seem to own many of these dogs.

If people are unable to keep their dogs secured and leashed they should not have dogs. End of story. And if their unsecured dogs get loose and cause harm, sue the sh*t out of them and go for max prosecution.

No argument, here. Owning any large, powerful dog is a huge responsibility. And, there are laws in many places which allow for felony charges, should one’s large, powerful dog seriously maim or kill someone.

I just read of a case somewhere, where a 90 year old woman was killed by a pit returned to the rescue because it got aggressive with a 12 year old boy. That dog should never have been released by the rescue, I’d hold the rescue responsible for the old lady’s disembowlment. God rest her soul.
