my daughter flew United this week and said the attendants were rude and curt. I wonder if United is unionized and if this is a ploy for pay?

Honestly, in the last 20 years, the only time I’ve haven’t had rude flight attendants was on Southwest.

I flew United this weekend also. It was not pleasant and it was not pretty. They treat passengers as if we are merely an afterthought, once we have paid for the tickets. Customer service minimal to nothing.
