I don’t know so I am asking, could this be to set up a case law against Hillary. I think I remember Hillary saying about the emails there is no case law to prosecute her??? anyone
She’ll get little more than a slap on the wrist. The problem is that people like her don’t fear punishment because of leniency in our courts, fear of offending certain groups, and outright political reluctance to prosecute. So they quickly conclude that the risk of leaking and other similar illegal acts is low to them personally. Unfortunately, they are probably right.
