They could chuck the van in the river but the perp is not in the van I don’t think. Hope the perp is good and dead.
If he’s dead, stick him in the van before igniting it. If he’s alive, do the same. I am just so fed up with these vehicular jihadists. They make life a misery of worry and despair. Time to give them something back. What’s needed is angry mobs with murder in their hearts.
