People at the scene have claimed the incident is a "terrorist attack".

Twitter users have suggested seeing "bodies" at the scene.

Reporters for Daily Star Online have seen people fleeing the scene and running away from the bridge in tears.

Police have cordoned off the area as they deal with the incident.

Emergency helicopters, ambulances and police cars have all been sighted in the area.

I'm watching Sky News, and one of the people talking was mentioning an operation put in place back in 1998 to keep guns off the street, and to prevent guns from getting into the UK. I don't know why they're talking about that because the terrorists, for the most part aren't using guns/rifles to commit their acts of terrorism. They're using vehicles, and stabbing people.
