He’s doing his old “we’ll look at it later,” which generally means “I’m trashing it.”
He couldn’t have gone back on his word. He would have lost all of us.
Not a joke. The reason to pull out cold turkey is to call into question whether the Agreement is merely implementing the 1992 Convention (which was Senate-approved), or whether it committed us to something new. That’s a Supreme Court case.
