The President has authority to withdraw unilaterally from any treaty. Trump can just withdraw without ever sending it to the Senate. Sending it to the Senate was Obozo’s job. Since it was never ratified, it is even easier for him to withdraw from the agreement.
I suspect a compromise or worse. Man I hope I’m wrong, please let me be wrong. He could have simply came out with NO days ago.
Either way, U.S. involvement in this Paris Accord would be illegal because it is unconstitutional and, therefore, null and void and unenforceable.
