Like it or not, it’s Free Speech. It’s Uncivil, Rude, Pornographic Speech and Tasteless, but that isn’t Illegal.

But there are limits on free speech. I cannot yell FIRE in a crowded theater.
OTOH, many tea partiers were “investigated” by the IRS et al during the dark obama days. Their freedom of speech was punished, one could say...
