The ONLY reason I can think of, for this all NOT to be out already (assuming it is in some way true), is that the Source of such evidence was either gathered illegally, or in such a way that it would make the security agencies look very bad. Therefore its come out in leaks because nobody wants to be otherwise tainted by such a thing. As of late, many have claimed such a thing about the intel into Trump, so who knows.
