Sorry, I just double checked and it was DeKalb county that was 53% black, not the whole district.
But the three recent polls I saw Osoff was up by 7 to 13 points, not that it necessarily means anything. Congressional races typlically are hard to poll.
There is one good pollster here for GA 6, the WSB poll. I know the guy who runs it he is legit and unbiased. Their latest #s have Handel up 3 points.
Osoff ain’t winning this. There is no tide turning in the Democrats favor.
