I'm referring specifically to the idea that doctors were ordered not to care for him (and that they followed those orders), and that as a result, he died. This theory has a corollary, also false, that UNLESS someone is deliberately mistreated that a gunshot wound to the liver is always survivable with routine care.

That he was executed by Clinton's minions, I have no doubt.

That makes a lot more sense. Though I have to say this is the first I’ve heard that it was 100% determined that he was shot in the liver.
