I almost left my Catholic faith because of this pope, and the church I was attending the priests were just ALL IN for social justice!!! I found a lovely Catholic Orthodox parish it is night and day!!!
There are differences. I attend two different parishes, one is a largely Italian area(my wife’s), the other is predominately Irish Catholic. They are quite a bit different, and the Italian one is more conservative by quite a bit, although the priests are of the same style, and are pretty orthodox.
