Besides, pawn shops have video cameras and are often required to prepare a list to police departments of items pawned. Most require driver’s licenses, too, for I.D.

So even if that have a “friend” sell the merchandise, there can still be links right back to them.

There was NO way they were going to touch anything else for evidence.

What I don’t understand with it is why wouldn’t you just take the jewelry to make it look like a robbery if the point was to make a hit look like a random robbery?
