My experience is that Chinese restaurants do NOT employ Mexicans; the staff usually seems to be 80%-100% Chinese. Those who are not, are usually white.

I drove by a place with a sign that said “Chinese Medicine - Dr. Edward Tannebaum.” I first wondered how he got into that line of work, and second - if he gets any business!
